What we collect

When you submit the Technical Discovery form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, business type, solution interest, business problem, website and timeline (optional budget), your preferred contact method, and — only if you choose WhatsApp contact — your WhatsApp number. We also record the page you submitted from, campaign parameters from the link you followed (if any), and the time you gave contact consent.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and arrange a technical discovery conversation. Nothing else.

How it is processed

Form submissions are transmitted securely to Formspree, our form-processing service, which forwards the inquiry to our business inbox. Formspree processes the data on our behalf to deliver your message; their handling is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.

Consent

The form asks for your explicit consent to be contacted about your inquiry before it can be submitted. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email hello@maplelogics.com and we will respond.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
